Datenschutzerklärung iOS App
Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für die iOS App „Hanserautisch“. Die App befindet sich aktuell in der Testphase und soll künftig im App Store verfügbar sein.

Zweck der App
Die App bietet HSV-bezogene Inhalte und Funktionen wie News, Spielplan, Tabelle, Community-Funktionen, Tippspiel, Stadionguide sowie Inhalte rund um Herren- und Frauenfußball.
Account- und Profildaten
Bei der Nutzung der App können insbesondere E-Mail-Adresse, Benutzername, Profilbild, Bio, Geräte-ID, Push-Token, Chatnachrichten, Kommentare sowie Likes und Reaktionen verarbeitet werden. Die App bietet eine Funktion zum Löschen des Accounts.
Community, Chat und Moderation
Für Community-Funktionen werden Inhalte verarbeitet, die du selbst einstellst, etwa Nachrichten, Kommentare, Likes oder Reaktionen. Kommentare und Chats können moderiert werden, um die Community zu schützen und Missbrauch zu verhindern.
Standortfunktion
Die App kann beim Öffnen beziehungsweise bei Nutzung bestimmter Funktionen den Standort abfragen. Der Standort dient dem Abgleich mit Stadionstandorten, damit ein Spiel im Account als besucht vermerkt werden kann. Nach derzeitigem Stand wird nicht der konkrete Standort der Person dauerhaft gespeichert, sondern das besuchte Spiel als Eintrag im Account vermerkt.
Push-Nachrichten
Die App kann Push-Nachrichten senden, insbesondere zu Toren, News, neuen Nachrichten und neuen Freundschaftsanfragen. Dafür wird ein Push-Token verarbeitet, damit Benachrichtigungen an dein Gerät zugestellt werden können.
Dienstleister und Datenquellen
Für App-Funktionen wird Supabase, Inc. genutzt. Die Supabase-Instanz befindet sich nach aktuellem Stand in Frankfurt. Fußballbezogene Daten zu Vereinen und Spielen, etwa Spielplan, Tabellen, Teams, Spieler und Statistiken, stammen von API-FOOTBALL beziehungsweise api-football.com. Supabase Auth wird nach aktueller Angabe nicht genutzt.
In-App-Käufe und Premium-Funktionen
Die App kann künftig In-App-Käufe anbieten, insbesondere eine Supporter-Mitgliedschaft oder Premium-Funktionen. Welche Funktionen genau Premium werden, steht noch nicht abschließend fest; voraussichtlich kann der Community-Bereich betroffen sein. Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt im iOS-Kontext in der Regel über Apple.
Keine Werbenetzwerke, kein Tracking
Nach aktueller Angabe werden keine Werbenetzwerke wie Google AdMob eingesetzt und es findet kein Tracking zu Werbezwecken statt. Externe Links und Kooperationsinhalte können in der App vorhanden sein.
Rechtsgrundlagen
Die Verarbeitung zur Bereitstellung der App-Funktionen erfolgt regelmäßig auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Sicherheits-, Moderations- und Missbrauchsschutzmaßnahmen erfolgen auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Soweit die App Berechtigungen wie Standort oder Push-Mitteilungen abfragt, erfolgt dies auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung.
Speicherdauer
Daten werden grundsätzlich nur so lange gespeichert, wie sie für die Bereitstellung der App, die Bearbeitung von Anfragen, die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Pflichten oder den Schutz der Community erforderlich sind. Beim Löschen des Accounts werden personenbezogene Daten gelöscht oder anonymisiert, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten oder berechtigten Gründe entgegenstehen.
Deine Rechte
Du hast nach Maßgabe der DSGVO Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Einwilligungen kannst du mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen, etwa über iOS-Berechtigungen oder durch Kontaktaufnahme.

This privacy policy applies to the iOS app “Hanserautisch”. The app is currently in testing and is planned to become available in the App Store.

Purpose of the app
The app provides HSV-related content and features such as news, fixtures, tables, community features, a prediction game, stadium guide and content around men’s and women’s football.
Account and profile data
When using the app, the following data may be processed: email address, username, profile picture, bio, device ID, push token, chat messages, comments, likes and reactions. The app provides an account deletion function.
Community, chat and moderation
Community features process content you provide yourself, such as messages, comments, likes or reactions. Comments and chats may be moderated to protect the community and prevent misuse.
Location feature
The app may request your location when opened or when using specific features. The location is used to compare your position with stadium locations so that a match can be marked as visited in your account. According to the current implementation description, the person’s exact location is not stored permanently; instead, the visited match is stored in the account.
Push notifications
The app may send push notifications, especially for goals, news, new messages and new friend requests. A push token is processed so notifications can be delivered to your device.
Service providers and data sources
The app uses Supabase, Inc. The Supabase instance is currently located in Frankfurt. Football-related data about clubs and matches, such as fixtures, tables, teams, players and statistics, comes from API-FOOTBALL / api-football.com. According to current information, Supabase Auth is not used.
In-app purchases and premium features
The app may offer in-app purchases in the future, especially a supporter membership or premium features. The exact premium features have not been finally determined; the community area may be affected. In the iOS environment, payment processing is usually handled by Apple.
No ad networks, no tracking
According to current information, no ad networks such as Google AdMob are used and no advertising tracking takes place. External links and collaboration content may be present in the app.
Legal bases
Processing required to provide app features is generally based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Security, moderation and abuse prevention are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where the app requests permissions such as location or push notifications, processing is based on your consent.
Storage period
Data is generally stored only as long as necessary to provide the app, handle requests, comply with legal obligations or protect the community. When an account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymised unless legal retention obligations or legitimate reasons apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future, for example through iOS permissions or by contacting us.
